Thomas St. Jacques has been artistically involved in fashion and beauty for over 40 years. He graduated from the School of Beauty in Los Angeles, California in 1981 with a student Hair Designer Achievement Award which led him to higher heights at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising F.I.D.M.Thomas St. Jacques' unique artistic abilities have been viewed in various arenas including: T.V., award shows, judging competitions, commercials, movies, videos, hair shows as an International Platform Artist.
